A simple, flavorful soup that uses up left over rice. Traditionally served for breakfast in Northern Thailand
Put chicken broth, green onion and pepper in a 2 quart pan. Bring to a boil.
Add ground pork and cook until pork is just cooked.
Put rice in serving bowls. Ladle just enough hot broth to just cover the rice.
Let sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
